I come from China's guangdong province ansett technology company, we are a professional ODM/OEM manufacturer, the original is committed to providing high quality mobile phone shell accessories and all kinds of sewing products, after years of precipitation, we began to focus on professional sports bag manufacturing, including sports backpack, outdoor sports bag, travel bag, fashion male/female hang on the bag, all kinds of shopping bags, Due to the expansion of our production capacity, we have added 10 production lines to make pet products, including traction rope, collar, vest, clothes, utensils and so on. Our company was established in 2008, located in Hongmei Town, Dongguan City, covering an area of 22,960 square meters. The company has more than 500 employees, including 35 R&D engineers, 30 quality control personnel, has its own laboratory, can provide a variety of quality control support for the company. The company has 8 production lines with a monthly production capacity of more than 600,000 pieces, and 40 injection molding machine workshops with a monthly production capacity of more than 200,000 pieces. We also have 14 tailoring lines with a monthly production capacity of 1 million pieces. History
2008:
Dongguan Ruichuang Co., Ltd was found in Feburary 2008.
2009:
Following year of Novermber, we move to Huizhou due to manufacuture scaled up.
2011:
We regrouped the manufacture on Octomber of 2011 and named new factory as Dongshun.
2015:
We set up the new sewing line on September of 2015 to satisfied our customer who need bags.
2017:
We moved to Hongmei Town due to expanded production on November of 2017.
2020:
We have more than 300 workers and there are 30 R&D engineers and 20 people focus on quality control, our own laboratory also can support us in varies quality control. Our capacity is over 600 k pcs per month with 8 production lines, our injection workshop has 40 injection machines and the capacity is over 200K pcs per month. We also have 4 lines of cut& sew and the monthly capacity reaches 100K pcs.
